Villa Ourania in Troulos

Nikos and Ourania greet every guest at the airport and provide a free return transfer at the end of the stay. The hosts offer home-cooked evening meals and share produce from the garden, such as pomegranates and grapefruits. Guests receive daily room cleaning with towel and sheet changes every other day.

The property offers ground-floor units with a private entrance and garden views, including two-bedroom apartments and studios. Each apartment has a wrap-around balcony plus a second balcony, while all rooms include a private bathroom and a dining area. Troulos Beach is 700 metres away, a 5-to-10-minute level walk from the property. Bus stop 18 is 50 metres from the villa, with buses running on 10-minute intervals. Koukounaries Beach is 5 to 10 minutes away by bus or car.

Four restaurants are located almost next door, including Jasteri Restaurant and Olimera for brunches. Two supermarkets and a bakery are within walking distance. The Totem music bar is close by but generates no noise disturbances.

Free on-site private parking is available inside the court. The property accepts pets and offers luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. Guests can use the garden and terrace, plus the BBQ facilities.
